Insight happens at unexpected moments, and not necessarily on our schedule.   In the meantime, while we are waiting for clarity, we can practice an appreciation of the small, good moments of life.  Ordinary activities, done thoughtfully, count as self care.  Nurture your spirit, honoring this present moment, and in doing so, you become available for transformation.
